តាមសេចក្តីរាយការណ៍ពីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ បើទោះបីជាបទឈប់បាញ់បានចូលជាធរមានតាំងពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក៏ដោយ ក៏ភាគីថៃត្រូវបានចោទប្រកាន់ថា បានអនុវត្តផ្ទុយពីស្មារតីនៃសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC)។ សកម្មភាពទាំងនេះ ក៏ត្រូវបានគេរាយការណ៍ថា បានរំលោភលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានការសម្របសម្រួលដោយឯកឧត្តម ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ ប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក និងឯកឧត្តម អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ុម នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ីផងដែរ។ ទោះបីជាមិនមានការផ្ទុះអាវុធថ្មីៗក៏ដោយ ប៉ុន្តែកម្ពុជាបានបន្តកត់ត្រានូវអ្វីដែលខ្លួនហៅថាជា “សកម្មភាពមិនស្មោះត្រង់” របស់ភាគីថៃ។
យោងតាមទិន្នន័យផ្លូវការ ស្ថានភាពពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹកមានសញ្ញាវិជ្ជមានខ្លះ ដោយមានពលរដ្ឋចំនួន ២៣១ នាក់បន្ថែមទៀត បានវិលត្រឡប់ទៅលំនៅឋានវិញ។ គិតមកទល់ពេលនេះ ក្នុងចំណោមពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹកសរុបជាង ៦៤០,០០០ នាក់ មានពលរដ្ឋជាង ៦០០,០០០ នាក់ (ប្រមាណ ៩៣%) បានត្រឡប់ទៅផ្ទះវិញហើយ។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា នៅមានពលរដ្ឋចំនួន ៤៦,៧២៨ នាក់ទៀត (ក្នុងនោះមានស្ត្រី ២៤,៥០៩ នាក់ និងកុមារ ១៥,៥១០ នាក់) នៅតែបន្តស្នាក់នៅតាមជំរំភៀសខ្លួននៅឡើយ ដោយសារបារម្ភពីសុវត្ថិភាព និងការបាត់បង់ជម្រក។
ចំពោះការផ្អាកសេវាសាធារណៈជាមូលដ្ឋានវិញ ស្ថានភាពនៅតែមានភាពតានតឹងនៅឡើយ៖
– **ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ៖** សាលារៀនចំនួន ០៨ និងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ/មណ្ឌលសុខភាពចំនួន ០៥ នៅបន្តផ្អាកដំណើរការ។
– **ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ៖** សាលារៀនចំនួន ០៥ និងមណ្ឌលសុខភាពចំនួន ០១ នៅបន្តបិទទ្វារ។

**Ministry of Interior Issues Update on Displaced Persons and Civilian Impact Amid Border Tensions**
**PHNOM PENH:** The Ministry of Interior of the Royal Government of Cambodia issued an official press release on March 6, 2026, providing an updated report on the status of displaced citizens and the suspension of public services in border provinces over the last 24 hours, from 6:00 AM on March 5 to 6:00 AM on March 6, 2026.
According to official sources, despite a ceasefire being in effect since December 27, 2025, the Thai side has allegedly failed to comply with the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC). These actions reportedly contradict agreements mediated by U.S. President Donald Trump and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, the former ASEAN Chair. While no fresh exchange of fire has occurred, the Ministry of Interior continues to document what it terms “dishonest activities” by the Thai side while prioritizing the welfare of affected civilians.
The Ministry reported that 231 additional displaced persons have returned to their homes during this period. Out of a total of over 640,000 displaced persons, more than 600,000 (approximately 93%) have now returned. However, 46,728 individuals—including 24,509 women and 15,510 children—remain unable to return to their homes due to the occupation or destruction of their property by Thai forces.
The suspension of essential public services remains a significant concern in border regions:
– **Oddar Meanchey Province:** 8 schools and 5 hospitals/health centers remain closed.
– **Banteay Meanchey Province:** 5 schools and 1 health center remain suspended.
– **Preah Vihear Province:** This area is most affected, with 29 schools and 14 hospitals/health centers still out of operation.
Regarding infrastructure damage, the Ministry noted that no new reports of private or public property damage have been filed beyond those already recorded since December 7, 2025.
The Royal Government of Cambodia has expressed its full support for a firm protest against the ongoing violations of Cambodian sovereignty. Furthermore, the government has invited representatives from friendly nations and international organizations to personally visit the sites of alleged incursions and civilian destruction to witness the living conditions of the displaced population in various camps.
