National Police Conducts Technology Crime Investigation Training for Provincial Officers

On January 28, 2026, the National Police launched a two-day training course on the fundamentals and investigation methods of technology crimes at the Kampong Speu Provincial Police Headquarters. The course, authorized by General Sar Thet, National Police Commissioner General, was led by Brigadier General Khoun Sopisith, representing the Department of Anti-Technology Crime.

Fifty officers, including bureau chiefs and inspectors from Kampong Speu and Takeo provinces, attended the session. The primary objective of the training is to equip local law enforcement personnel with the necessary skills to effectively investigate cybercrimes within their respective jurisdictions.
