**ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ៖** មន្ទីរវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ បានសហការជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត និងសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជាខេត្ត នឹងរៀបចំពិធីប្រណាំងរទេះសាឡីគោលឿន ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅដើមខែមេសាខាងមុខនេះ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិ និងលើកស្ទួយមរតកវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ។
យោងតាមសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងរបស់មន្ទីរវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ បានឱ្យដឹងថា ពិធីប្រណាំងរទេះសាឡីគោលឿនប្រចាំឆ្នាំនេះ នឹងត្រូវប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី០៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ០៨:០០ នាទីព្រឹក។ ទីតាំងនៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិស្លោទី១ សង្កាត់រការធំ ក្រុងច្បារមន ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដោយមានការចូលរួមសហការពីសមាគមរទេះសាឡីគោលឿនខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងរដ្ឋបាលក្រុងច្បារមនផងដែរ។
គោលបំណងចម្បងនៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ គឺដើម្បីចូលរួមអភិរក្ស លើកស្ទួយ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយនូវប្រពៃណីប្រណាំងរទេះសាឡីគោលឿន ដែលជាកេរមរតកដ៏មានតម្លៃបន្សល់ទុកដោយបុព្វបុរសខ្មែរតាំងពីបុរាណកាលមក។ តាមរយៈការរៀបចំនេះ អាជ្ញាធរមានគោលដៅពង្រឹងស្មារតីស្រឡាញ់វប្បធម៌ជាតិក្នុងចំណោមយុវជន និងសាធារណជនទូទៅ។

**Kampong Speu Authorities Announce 2026 Fast Ox-Cart Racing Event to Preserve Ancestral Heritage**
**KAMPONG SPEU:** The Kampong Speu Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts, in collaboration with the Provincial Administration and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), is set to host the “2026 Fast Ox-Cart Racing Ceremony” early next April to celebrate the Khmer New Year and promote national cultural identity.
According to an official notification from the Kampong Speu Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts, the annual racing event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM. The competition will be held in Slo 1 Village, Sangkat Rokar Thom, Chbar Mon City, Kampong Speu Province, with technical support from the Chbar Mon City Administration and the Kampong Speu Fast Ox-Cart Racing Association.
The primary objective of this event is to conserve, promote, and develop the traditional practice of fast ox-cart racing, a legacy passed down by Khmer ancestors over centuries. By organizing this event, authorities aim to broaden public awareness and foster a sense of cultural pride among the younger generation.
Based on historical records, the “Sali” ox-cart was originally utilized exclusively for transporting dowries during wedding ceremonies and providing transportation for elders attending traditional festivals and community gatherings. Reportedly, over time, villagers initiated competitive racing within their communities, which eventually evolved into a large-scale public event held in urban centers to mark the celebrations leading up to the Traditional Khmer New Year.
The Provincial Department of Culture and Fine Arts expressed high expectations that the 2026 race will attract a large number of citizens and international tourists. The department emphasizes that such massive public participation is vital for the continued preservation of Kampong Speu’s unique cultural traditions and for the vibrant celebration of Cambodia’s national heritage.
