សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា បានប្រកាសយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការបោសសម្អាតបណ្តាញបោកប្រាស់តាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ឬ “សេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មៅ” ដែលកំពុងបំផ្លាញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដ៏ស្មោះត្រង់ និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចកេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះជាតិ។
ថ្លែងក្នុងបទសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយបណ្តាញផ្សព្វផ្សាយអន្តរជាតិនៅបែលហ្ស៊ិក កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សម្តេចធិបតីបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ទោះមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបោកប្រាស់ខ្លះអាចបង្កើតផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់វិស័យអចលនទ្រព្យក៏ដោយ ក៏ចំណូលទាំងនោះមិនបានចូលរដ្ឋឡើយ។ ពាក់ព័ន្ធករណីលោក ចេន ហ៊្សី សម្តេចធិបតីបានបញ្ជាក់ថា អាជ្ញាធរបានចាត់វិធានការភ្លាមៗពេលដឹងថាជាមេខ្លោង។
សម្តេចធិបតីបានដាក់ចេញនូវទិសដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់បំផុត ដើម្បីបោសសម្អាតសកម្មភាពឆបោកទាំងអស់នេះឱ្យអស់ពីកម្ពុជា យ៉ាងយូរបំផុតត្រឹមខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ របាយការណ៍ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃគិតត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានបង្ហាញថា ជនបរទេសជាង ២១ម៉ឺននាក់បានចាកចេញដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត និងជាង ៣ម៉ឺននាក់ត្រូវបានបណ្តេញចេញពីកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងការឆបោកតាមអ៊ីនធឺណិតនេះ។
Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, has firmly declared the Royal Government’s commitment to eradicating online scam networks, or the “black economy,” which is undermining Cambodia’s honest economy and damaging its national reputation.
Speaking in an interview with international media in Belgium on February 25, 2025, the Premier emphasized that while some scam centers might generate benefits for the real estate sector, these incomes do not go to the state. Regarding the Chen Zhi case, Samdech Thipadei clarified that authorities took immediate action upon identifying him as a mastermind.
The Premier has set forth extremely stringent strategic directions to eliminate all such scam activities from Cambodia by no later than April 2026. A Ministry of Interior report, as of February 25, 2026, indicates that over 210,000 foreigners have voluntarily departed and more than 30,000 have been expelled from Cambodia in the fight against online scams.
